All the orders are subject to availability of stock and acceptance of your order. You will received confirmation that your order has been accepted.
If, however, stock availability on your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail with an approximate time frame on a restocking date.
All the packages will be shipped 1-15 days after the payment has been received. All purchases are sent via certified mail and have an international tracking number.

If there is something wrong with your bag please or you are not completely satisfied with it, contact us during the first 7 days since you have received it to firstname.lastname@example.org Include brief description of the reason for the return, including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong.
All returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The bag cannot have been used.
Devolution shipping charges must be paid by the buyer. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for lost packages. The bag is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.
Sale items or free shipping items CANNOT BE RETURNED.
